CHUA WEE KOON.

The driving principle behind D Consultancy is her relentless pursue of excellence in an integrated approach to all stages of the property development – Investment Feasibility, Development Management, Design and Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Asset Management.

This pursue of excellence reflects the founder’s appreciation of the processes, the people and the technical knowledge behind every successful project.

CHUA Wee Koon has a strong grasp of property development and engineering knowledge that stems from his diverse work experience. As a structural engineer at Arup (a global engineering consultancy firm), Wee Koon built up a solid foundation in engineering knowledge and construction project experience and was well trained for his role as a PE (registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB)).

Leveraging on his professional experience, Wee Koon expanded his career latitude into the project management and asset management field with JTC (Singapore’s national industrial developer) and a local listed developer. To complement his real estate development knowledge, Wee Koon also obtained a MBA in Real Estate and worked as an investment manager in another top local developer in Singapore.
