CHUA Wee Koon has a strong grasp of property development and engineering knowledge that stems from his diverse work experience. As a structural engineer at Arup (a global engineering consultancy firm), Wee Koon built up a solid foundation in engineering knowledge and construction project experience and was well trained for his role as a PE (registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB)).

Leveraging on his professional experience, Wee Koon expanded his career latitude into the project management and asset management field with JTC (Singapore’s national industrial developer) and a local listed developer. To complement his real estate development knowledge, Wee Koon also obtained a MBA in Real Estate and worked as an investment manager in another top local developer in Singapore.

Throughout his career, the founder of D Consultancy has demonstrated the ability to integrate technical knowledge with management skills to deliver quality and success in various types and scale of property development projects in Singapore.
